Villa Gialla
The house has 3 double (or twin - depending on need) bedrooms, 2
bathrooms (both fully equipped with shower - in the pictures you will
see only one because the look the same), washing machine, a big living
room with kitchen (no dishwasher), veranda with BBQ outside, external
shower (for fast showers after coming home from the beach), parking space, garden and
private access to the beach. In fact, the beach can only be reached through our land. This guarantees a really uncrowded and solitary beach.

Villa Verde
The house is on 2 floors, both of them fully equipped as independent apartments. You can rent the whole house or a single appartment depending on your needs.
The top floor (the largest one) has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a covered veranda with a wonderful view on the Asinara Gulf. In the backyard there is a garden, parking space and BBQ.
The ground floor is composed by 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the living room/kitchen. In its front yard there is parking space and garden.
